Please fill out the RMA form completely, and send it to sales@wiznet.co.kr
first and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
Be sure to indicate your order number and the problem in some detail for analysis.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For exchange,
no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
***How to Exchange***
Step 1: Download and fill out the RMA form.
Step 2: Mail RMA form to sales@wiznet.co.kr
and enclose it with the return item(s).
Step 3: Package the return and send the package to us.
